Epoch Collab ESCAPE x Epoch Nerds Box (2 Coffees)

Inside this box: 100g Pink Bourbon from Escape + 100g Geisha from Epoch Chemistry. Here's how to brew:

Espresso:
50:50 blend, 1:1.5 ratio, lower pressure, long bloom.

Milk Drinks:

66:33 blend (more Pink Bourbon), 1:2.3 ratio, with 4 parts lactose-free 2% milk + 1 part 18% cream.

Filter:

Grind half with Lab Sweet burrs, half with High-Uniformity. Use low agitation, high TDS water, and a low-bypass flat bed dripper.

Tips from the Bench:
Both coffees shine with 80 TDS water. 

Spice it up with APAX LABS JAMM or LYLAC minerals.
Non-dairy? Try a 50:50 freeze-distilled oat + coconut milk mix.
