Epoch X - CGLE Auction 2024 Natural Pacamara
Natural Pacamara – Las Margaritas (Auction Lot)
Experience one of the world’s rarest coffees, directly from Café Granja La Esperanza.
This coffee holds special significance for us at Epoch Chemistry. Our Coffee Director, Conor, used the same lot in the 2021 National Barista Championship—his first national finals appearance. Only 6kg of this auction lot were produced, with meticulous selection and quality control by Alex, Juan, and Rigoberto at CGLE’s Caicedonia lab.
This exceptional natural-processed Pacamara coffee is grown at Las Margaritas estate in Colombia, from a rare lot that includes cherries from a mutated Yellow Pacamara plant—just one in the entire lot. Known for its elephant bean size and candy-like sweetness, this coffee dazzles with its bright acidity and vibrant complexity.
We’re offering this coffee in 50g jars with a brew card for a precise 12.5g recipe—perfect for 4 brews of 210ml each.
