coffee is depulped and left wilth all mucilage, it is fermented for about 12 hours depending on weather (temperature) under dry conditions. It’s fully washed to remove all mucilage. Dried in solar dryer and African beds with permanent workers. Temps of drying also 25 – 35 degrees. About 22 days of drying.
