The Rodriguez family have been in the specialty coffee industry since 1986. Pioneering the way for many other Bolivian farmers, the Rodriguez's have dedicated their lives to producing the best coffee they can. They are constantly learning and innovating, always looking for new ways to produce a better cup of coffee. The Java variety coming from their farms are always beautiful and delicious and some of our favourite coffees year after year. The Rodriguez family has spent years cultivating their processing techniques and it is very evident in the cup. This particular coffee has been processed as a lactic washed adding new layers of complexity to an already outstanding coffee.
