A unique experiment by the wonderful Keramo producers of Ethiopia, this pilot fermentation uses new techniques of oxygen control to slow bacteria growth and increase fermentation time. The results are extraordinary showing flavors of fresh mango, tangerine and sparkling hops. This will be a one of a kind release in 2021.
