April Brewer

The April Brewer project started with a simple goal; to create a Pour-Over Brewer that generates a perfectly balanced, transparent, and reliable taste experience. We have invested three years of prototype testing and waited until we achieved the highest cup score in the World Brewers Cup (generating a silver medal 2019) before launching. 

Material: Thin ceramic clay
Style: Flatbed
Paper filter: Kalita 185 or other flatbed filters (please note that the brewer is sold without paper filters) - The April Paper Filter will launch in early 2021.
