This is our EA Decaf from Altura Veracruz—grown high in the mountains of Mexico and decaffeinated using the natural Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) method to preserve sweetness, aromatics, and clarity in the cup.

Here’s the part we’re proud of: Nick, our Head Roaster, built two distinct roast profiles for this coffee—because decaf deserves the same care (and precision) as any of our most-loved releases.
