We’ve partnered again with the Bermúdez Family at Finca El Paraíso to bring you the exact same vibrant, candy-sweet profile you loved, but in a format that won’t keep you up at 2 AM. This is our Epoch 12—decaf, done exactly the way it should be

The Pedigree: Finca El Paraíso

The Bermúdez family are the scientists of the coffee world. Based in Cauca, Colombia, they utilize a proprietary "Thermal Shock" method and highly controlled anaerobic fermentation to create flavor clarity that is almost impossible to find elsewhere.

To create this specific lot, the cherries undergo an advanced fermentation process that isolates the esters responsible for those distinct Lychee and Peach notes. The result is a coffee that tastes more like a fruit infusion than a standard brew.

The Decaf Process: Sugarcane (EA)

Forget everything you know about "decaf flavor." This lot was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process (Ethyl Acetate) in Colombia. By using a natural solvent derived from local sugarcane, the caffeine is gently removed while the cellular structure and those precious tropical aromatics remain completely intact.

It’s zero-compromise coffee. All the flavor, none of the buzz.
