Fruit-forward and full of life, this Pacas varietal from the volcanic slopes of Volcán El Chingo showcases everything we love about Epoch 3. Grown under shade on Gualvador Estate, a third-generation farm managed by Jaime Ríos, the cherries are given an extended winey fermentation that amplifies sweetness and ripe fruit character.
On filter - expect dried cherry, Maltesers, Raisin Rum Cake and syrupy body—a cup that’s both lively and refined.
On espresso - expect chocolate covered cashew, pomegranate, malt, and a creamy mouth feel. We love how comfy, but unexpected this coffee is.
