High in the Kintamani highlands of Central Bali, where volcanic soil meets ancient irrigation, farmers organized under the Subak Abian collective grow coffee the way their ancestors did — alongside citrus trees, on land shaped by a philosophy of harmony between people, land, and spirit.
This natural-processed lot is everything we love about a well-executed dry process done right: round milk chocolate up front, giving way to bright cherry and a wash of red fruit, with hibiscus lingering on the finish. It's layered without being fussy — a cup that rewards a slow morning.
Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate · Cherry · Hibiscus (with notes of complex red fruit throughout)
