Epoch 6 - ECLIPSE Dark Huila

Our take on an infamously delicious DARK ROAST - Epoch Eclipse! 

On one of my recent trips to Colombia (September 2024) I met with my exporting partners in Quindío about building a traceable regional blend that I could offer consistently through the next two harvest cycle. Normally, it's difficult to find details on who exactly contributes to regional blends, but we wanted to offer different incentives to build something traceable and long lasting in terms of partnership. We cupped through many tables of samples that were contributed to the mill in Neiva, and we ended up selecting five different lots to blend; a combination of Tabi, Caturra, and Castillo from 5 producers. The result was a delicious, balanced, and consistent blend.
