Welcome to the Best of Tolima Auction 2024 Lot #7. This coffee was won by Epoch Chemistry at the Best of Tolima Auction in Colombia in Q4 of 2024. We were honoured to have been selected as the only Canadian judge for the competition. This lot is a honey-processed Tabi that finished 1st in the semi-washed category.

The producer Gabriel Ricardo was incredibly gracious, and his focus on intentional fermentation was simply inspiring.
