This is our Red Bourbon Natural from Finca Las Flores—a stunning expression of modern Colombian coffee. Grown at 1,750 masl in the heart of Huila and produced by the legendary Vergara brothers, this lot underwent a complex natural process involving anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock to lock in extraordinary fruit clarity.

We roasted this to highlight the "candy-like" sweetness and vibrant tropical acidity that makes this farm famous. It’s bright, juicy, and incredibly distinct.
