This is a returning favourite that we love to love.

The Lagoinha farm spans 203 hectares, with 120 hectares dedicated exclusively to coffee. Nestled in Carmo de Cachoeira at 1,000–1,100 MASL, the farm cultivates classic Brazilian varietals including Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, Acaia, and Mundo Novo. Once focused on commercial production, Lagoinha has since transformed under the guidance of partners Carlos Canellas and Matheus Avelar, who are committed to producing exceptional specialty coffees.

This Yellow Catuai lot was naturally processed and patio-dried for 72 hours until reaching the ideal moisture level — a method that preserves its complexity while enhancing sweetness. The result is a cup that’s silky and balanced, with notes of cocoa, golden raisin, star fruit, and grapefruit zest.
