This isn’t your average coffee subscription. At Epoch, we roast and ship two 250g bags of our favourite coffees every month—not just because they taste great (they do), but because they have stories to tell.

Handpicked by Conor, our Director of Coffee (and relentless taster of all the things), each coffee is selected for its unique character, origin, and the people behind it. Then Nick and Bryce roast them to perfection, with every batch quality-controlled to make sure what lands on your doorstep is nothing short of exceptional.

Expect something new each month: different origins, processing methods, roast profiles, and flavour notes—all explained in our monthly email, alongside brewing tips tailored to your preferred method. We want you to really taste what makes these coffees special.
