At Epoch Chemistry, our tasting isn’t just about sipping coffee — it’s about slowing down, engaging all your senses, and discovering what makes coffee extraordinary. Over the past five years, thousands of guests have joined us for this experience, leaving a little more curious, connected, and caffeinated.

This is not your average tasting flight. It’s part interactive workshop, part sensory journey, and 100% rooted in our love for hospitality and education. Think: a coffee lab meets a cozy dinner party.

Epoch × YWCA Moncton Fundraiser

The Four Courses

Start with something stunning.
Your welcome cup sets the tone — brewed to highlight balance, clarity, and approachability.

Roll up your sleeves.
You’ll brew your own coffee using a V60, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper. (Yes, you’ll be guided. No experience required. And yes — it really does taste better when you make it yourself.)

Espresso, explored.
Taste the intensity and elegance of espresso while learning what makes it sing.

The wild card.
We finish with a thoughtful, creative course inspired by the wider beverage world — fermentation, distillation, aroma, and story. Always intentional. Always delicious.
