This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, later hand-sorted to remove any defects. The coffee is sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the moisture content of 11% is achieved.
This micro-lot is 100% Caturra and was naturally processed in cherry at 25 degrees Celsius.
Finca La Planadas in Tolima grows and processes some of the most vibrant coffee we enjoy here at our roastery.
