This stunning washed coffee comes to us through our friend Natasha at Apex Imports. Sourced from the Bona Zuria district in the Sidama region, it’s a celebration of Ethiopian "Highland Coffee" grown at breathtaking elevations of 2130–2350 MASL.

The Ayele Tulu Washing Station, founded by second-generation grower Ayele Tulu and his son Tsegab Ayele, is renowned for its meticulous quality standards. Tsegab oversees every stage, from harvest to export, ensuring only the finest beans make it to your cup. Each year, around 600 smallholder producers hand-pick ripe cherries and deliver them to this station, preserving the area's reputation for exceptional coffee.
