Experience the rare and vibrant flavors of the Hybrid Washed Geisha, cultivated at Finca Las Margaritas in Caicedonia, Colombia. This exceptional coffee comes from the renowned Rigoberto and Luis Herrera, whose meticulous care and innovative processes shine in every sip.

Nestled on a hill overlooking the historic Finca Potosi, Finca Las Margaritas has a legacy rooted in quality and sustainability. The unique hybrid washed process, which uses just 1 gallon of water for every 30 pounds of coffee (compared to the 50 gallons per pound in traditional methods), reflects their dedication to mindful coffee production.

The journey of this coffee begins with a 48-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry. The beans are then depulped, rinsed, and gently dried in mechanical silos for five days before stabilizing in a temperature-controlled environment for 2–3 months. The result? A dazzling cup bursting with floral complexity and tropical sweetness rarely found in washed coffees.
