Omakase Tasting Experience by Bryce Kibbler
Omakase Coffee is coming to Moncton. 1 Producer. 1 Process. Multiple Extractions. Hosted by Bryce (Partnership Success Manager & National Barista Competitor) featuring a coffee from Felipe Restrepo (Q Processor & Good Food Award Winner).About this experience
Hey Coffee Lovers,
We’re doing something we’ve never done before.
We’re bringing an omakase-style coffee tasting service to Moncton, guided by our Partnership Success Manager, Bryce. Bryce has dedicated his entire adult life to prestigious, high-value specialty coffee, and after experiencing this style of tasting service firsthand, he knew our community needed to experience it.
The concept is simple yet mind-bending: how much can a single coffee bean change depending on how it’s served?
What to expect during your seating:
-
Palate Anchor: We start with a comforting, familiar coffee from Farm Lagoinha, Brazil to establish a sensory baseline.
-
The Main Stage: We move into a heavily processed, experimental micro-lot from master Colombian producer Felipe Restrepo (Finca Chambaku). You’ll taste this single competition-level coffee served multiple ways throughout the service to highlight its hidden notes and versatility.
Bryce met Felipe at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Houston last April, and bringing these world-class fermentations home to Moncton is a dream come true for our team.
Seats are extremely limited to maintain an intimate, interactive host-to-guest dynamic.
