This lot comes from Soul Specialty Coffee in Dak Lak, where producers are redefining what Canephora can be through advanced fermentation and thoughtful post-harvest practices.

What it tastes like

Low intensity, high sweetness, and exceptionally creamy. This cup leans into familiar comfort notes, with a soft, rounded acidity that stays juicy without ever turning sharp.

Why Canephora?

Canephora is naturally more resilient than Arabica — better suited to heat, drought, and a changing climate. But resilience doesn’t mean compromise. When processed with intention, Canephora brings its own strengths to the cup: body, sweetness, structure, and creaminess that shine beautifully in espresso.
